Conventional Loans

Our Conventional Lending Program is a long-term permanent financing solution for investment or business owner occupied commercial properties. Our conventional loans are from $1,000,000 to $20,000,000 with rates as low as 8.99% and an amortization of up to 25 years with a term of 5, 7 or 10 years. Our conventional program is a great solution for borrowers who fall short of qualifying for a traditional bank or SBA loan as a result of a sub 680 FICO score or a sub 1.25 debt service coverage ratio (DSCR), or other underwriting factors often found with traditional conventional loans.
