The Fast 50 Loan Program is a Low LTV Loan, 50% LTV Maximum, with easy credit requirements designed for Investors with less than perfect credit and high equity in an eligible property type who are seeking quick and easy credit qualification.
This loan program allows for Mortgage Lates, Bankruptcy discharge and Seasoning Requirement of only 1-day and simple documentation make qualifying for the Fast 50 Loan a fast and easy process.
